Pre-Order Policy
PRE-ORDER POLICY
Some of our most-loved Chic Sips pieces are offered on pre-order, giving you the chance to secure them before they officially land.
This policy is subject to any rights you have under Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (Australian Consumer Law).
How it works
When you place a pre-order, you're purchasing a product that hasn’t arrived at our studio yet. Estimated delivery timeframes will be shared clearly at the time of ordering. We’ll keep you updated and send your order as soon as it’s ready.
Payment
Payment is taken in full at the time of pre-order. This guarantees your allocation and helps us manage limited production runs. After you place your pre-order, we will send you an acknowledgment email to confirm that we have received your order.
Shipping
If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock pieces, we’ll send everything together once your full order is ready. If you’d like your in-stock products sooner, simply place a separate order and we’ll make it happen.
Changes and cancellations
Please check all details carefully before placing your order. If you change your mind or wish to cancel before delivery, we will do our best to assist. However, as your pre-order secures limited stock, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible after purchase. All orders, including pre-orders, may be eligible for change-of-mind returns after 14 days if they meet the eligibility requirements outlined in our Returns Policy. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellations for pre-orders of bespoke products (for example, products that are custom-made, monogrammed, engraved, altered or personalised to your specifications) and certain other products, as set out in our Returns Policy.
Returns
Pre-order items follow the same Returns Policy as all other Chic Sips products. Change-of-mind returns, where eligible under our Returns Policy, will be provided as a digital Chic Sips gift voucher to enjoy on your next purchase. In the unlikely event a product you’ve pre-ordered becomes unavailable or discontinued, we’ll be in touch straight away and refund any amounts you’ve paid in full. On the rare occasion a product arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll offer you a replacement or a digital Chic Sips gift voucher, in line with our Returns Policy.
Delays
We will always do our best to meet the estimated dispatch dates, but occasional delays can happen. If anything changes, we’ll let you know as soon as possible and provide you with an updated delivery timeframe. If there’s ever an unreasonable delay beyond our original estimated timeframe, we will offer you a full refund.
