ABOUT THE BRAND
Where are Chic Sips products made?
Chic Sips is proudly Australian-owned. Each piece is dreamt up in our Melbourne studio and brought to life by carefully chosen creatives, artisans and makers around the world. Our pieces are manufactured by specialist makers in China with whom we’ve built strong, trusted partnerships, and who meet globally recognised standards for quality, safety and fair treatment.
Where can I buy Chic Sips pieces?
Chic Sips pieces are available online exclusively at chicsips.com.au.
How do you approach sustainability?
We design for longevity, creating stylish and durable alternatives to disposable or wasteful products. The neoprene we use in our sleeves and jackets, along with the engineered wood in our Style Tiles, are not inherently sustainable materials but they are chosen thoughtfully for their strength, durability and the premium finishes they allow. By prioritising durability, each piece is made to last well beyond the moment, reducing the need for single-use or short-lived alternatives. We balance these choices with recyclable packaging and minimal excess.
Is Chic Sips packaging recyclable?
Yes. Chic Sips is committed to minimising our environmental footprint and has carefully chosen recyclable packaging. Please follow your local recycling guidelines, as recycling processes can vary by location.

ORDERS & PRE-ORDERS
What happens when I pre-order a product?
Pre-orders let you secure a Chic Sips piece before it arrives. Payment is taken in full to guarantee your allocation. Estimated delivery timeframes are shared at checkout, and we will keep you updated every step of the way. See our Pre-Order Policy for full details.
Can I cancel or change my pre-order?
As pre-orders secure limited stock, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Please check all details carefully before purchasing. For full terms, see our Pre-Order Policy.
When will my pre-order be shipped?
If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, we will ship everything together once your full order is ready. To receive in-stock pieces sooner, place a separate order. See our Pre-Order Policy and Shipping Policy for details.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t yet been dispatched, we’ll always try to help. Please email us as soon as possible at hello@chicsips.com.au. Once an order has been dispatched, changes may not be possible.

What currency are prices shown in?
All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD).
Do prices include GST?
Yes. All prices include GST.
Do curated sets include special pricing?
Yes. Our curated sets include exclusive bundle pricing compared with purchasing individual pieces separately.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Where are orders shipped from?
All Chic Sips orders are dispatched from Australia.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We proudly ship worldwide from Australia. Delivery times vary by location and are estimated at checkout. Customs fees or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. See our Shipping Policy.
How quickly do you ship?
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 to 3 business days. Standard Australian delivery takes 2 to 8 business days, express 1 to 4, and international 6 to 15 depending on location.
Will I get tracking for my order?
Yes. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.
What if my tracking hasn’t updated or my parcel is delayed?
Shipping timeframes are estimates provided by our delivery partners. If your tracking appears delayed or hasn’t updated for several days, please contact us at hello@chicsips.com.au and we’ll help investigate.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Yes. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days, provided items are unused, in original condition and returned with packaging and proof of purchase. Approved returns are issued as a Chic Sips digital gift card, valid for 3 years. See our Returns Policy for more details.
Can I swap my Chic Sips piece for a different size, pattern or style?
We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size, pattern or style, you can return your item under our change-of-mind policy. Once approved, you’ll receive a digital gift card to place a new order.
Why might the colour of my Chic Sips piece look slightly different in real life?
The colour of your piece may vary slightly because colours can appear differently across screens, devices and lighting conditions. While we take great care to photograph every Chic Sips piece as accurately as possible, variations between online images and real life are normal.
What if my item is faulty or arrives damaged?
Please contact us at hello@chicsips.com.au. If a product is faulty, damaged or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Australian Consumer Law.
Can I return a gift card?
No. Gift cards cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged for cash, so please choose carefully when purchasing.
GIFTING
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. Chic Sips digital gift cards are available in various denominations. They are valid for 3 years and can be used across our online store, the perfect way to give the gift of Chic.
Do you offer physical gift cards?
No. We keep it digital. Chic Sips gift cards are delivered instantly by email.
Will my order arrive gift-wrapped?
Every Chic Sips piece is finished with signature packaging that looks chic on arrival. At this stage we don't offer gift wrapping beyond our gift-ready packaging.
PRODUCT CARE & USE
What sizes do Can Couture® sleeves come in?
Can Couture® sleeves are available in two sizes - standard and slimline. The standard sleeve fits most 375ml cans, while the slimline sleeve is designed for slim cans, typically between 250ml and 330ml.
What bottle sizes fit inside Bottle Couture® jackets?
Bottle Couture® jackets are designed to fit standard 750ml wine and champagne bottles.
Do Can Couture® sleeves and Bottle Couture® jackets help keep cans and bottles cold?
Yes. The premium neoprene construction provides insulation to help keep your cans and bottles cooler for longer while keeping your hand dry and looking the part.
Are Style Tiles™ heat, stain and water-resistant?
Yes, the top surface of every Style Tile™ is heat, stain and water-resistant, making them practical as well as chic. The cork backing provides stability but is not waterproof, so we recommend avoiding soaking or submerging them in water.
Can I wash Can Couture® sleeves?
Yes. Hand-wash in cool water with gentle detergent. Rinse and air dry. Avoid washing machines, clothes dryers or direct heat to preserve their structure.
How do I clean Bottle Couture® jackets?
Gently wipe the exterior with a damp cloth or gently hand-wash if needed. Always air dry, away from direct heat.
How do I clean Style Tiles™?
Wipe clean with warm water and a gentle cleaning agent if required.
How do I clean faux fur Can Couture® sleeves?
Spot clean by hand with warm water and a gentle cleaning agent if required. Allow to air dry naturally, away from heat.
MATERIALS
Are your faux furs and leathers animal-friendly?
Yes. We only use animal-friendly faux fur and vegan leather in our products.
Are Chic Sips products safe to use with food and drinks?
Yes. Our materials are durable, non-toxic and safe for everyday sipping and dining.
How can I tell if my Chic Sips piece is authentic?
Every Chic Sips piece carries signature finishes of authenticity, from logo tabs on our sleeves and jackets to a branded stamp on the back of our tiles.
