4. TINA 1.0 High Mountain Oolong, Calamansi, Rose & Lemon Myrtle

This was our most unexpected discovery of the five.

TINA isn't trying to recreate wine, beer or cocktails. Instead, it offers something entirely its own, blending premium high mountain oolong with tangy calamansi and Australian lemon myrtle to create a drink that's aromatic, dry and quietly complex.

The oolong provides gentle tannins and depth, while the citrus and native botanicals deliver freshness that lingers long after each sip. It's the sort of drink that rewards slowing down and paying attention.

This is a can we'd open with beautiful food, great company and nowhere else to be.

We couldn't finish this roundup without featuring a second drink from the brand. Between the striking packaging and beautifully executed flavours, Gruppetto has quickly become one of our favourite discoveries, and the Amaro Highball sealed the deal.

Inspired by the bittersweet complexity of a classic Italian amaro, it layers herbal botanicals, citrus and gentle bitterness into a drink that feels wonderfully grown up. It's refreshing, nuanced and exactly the sort of alcohol-free aperitif that encourages you to slow down and savour every sip.
